3. Technical Provision of the Website (Hosting)
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. 4. Booking System (Smoobu)
We use the widget provided by Smoobu GmbH, Greifswalder Str. 226, 10405 Berlin, to process booking requests. When you submit an inquiry or make a reservation using the booking form, the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, travel dates, number of guests) is transmitted to Smoobu and processed there.

5. Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, if applicable, your name in order to send you regular updates about L'Ancienne Tuilerie . Subscription is handled via a double opt-in process: After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email in which you must actively confirm your consent.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You will find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter email. Once you revoke your consent, your email address will be immediately removed from the mailing list.

7. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel on our website, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Meta Pixel allows us to track visitor behavior after they click on a Meta ad and to measure the effectiveness of our ads.
The data collected in this process is transmitted to Meta in encrypted form and may be used to display targeted advertisements. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out. Meta uses standard contractual clauses for this purpose.
The Meta Pixel is activated only after you have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
